Calendars the AI Builder creates for you

When your business runs on appointments, the AI Builder creates a booking calendar and connects it to your website, form or agent. Here is what it sets up and how to change it.

If your description is about booking time, such as a clinic, a salon, a consultant or a tutor, the AI Builder creates a booking calendar for you. It sets the calendar up from your description and connects it where people will book.

This happens when you build a website, a funnel, everything at once, or an AI agent. The new calendar appears in Apps > Calendar with your other calendars.

#Where the calendar is connected

What you build Where people book
A website on its own The site’s main button opens the booking page.
A funnel, or everything at once with a form, when booking is the goal The form gets a Calendar step, so visitors book inside the form.
A funnel, or everything at once, when booking is a second option The website menu gets a link such as Book a time, in the site’s language. The form keeps its own goal.
An AI agent The agent books into the calendar from the chat. See Let your AI agent book appointments.

When you build everything at once and the set includes an agent, the agent books into the same calendar as the website or form.

No calendar is created when booking does not fit your business, or when your description says you already use another booking tool, such as Calendly.

#What it sets up

The AI Builder uses the hours and appointment length in your description. When your description does not say, it uses these:

Setting Default
Days and hours Monday to Friday, 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00
Session duration 30 minutes
Interval between sessions 10 minutes
Minimum antecedence for schedules 2 hours
Max days into the future for appointments 60 days
Time Zone Your account’s time zone

You are the host. You get an email for each booking. No SMS is sent.

The booking page takes your website’s colours and font, so it looks like part of the site.

If you already have a calendar with the same name, the new one gets a number on the end, such as Initial assessment 2. Your existing calendar and the prompts that use it are left alone.

#Change the hours

The calendar is an ordinary calendar. To change its days, hours, appointment length or anything else:

  1. Open Apps > Calendar.
  2. Choose the edit icon on the calendar.
  3. Change what you need and choose Save.

See Set up a booking calendar for every setting.

#When you rebuild

Rebuilding the website, form or agent reuses the same calendar. It never changes the hours, length or name you may have edited, and the booking link stays the same, so existing bookings are safe. Only the booking page’s colours and font follow the new design.

#When you copy or move the project

When you duplicate a project, or transfer it to another account, its calendar is listed with it as a linked item. You choose whether the calendar goes along. See Duplicate or transfer to another account.
