Tayon Help

What Tayon does

Tayon builds the pages that attract your customers, talks to those customers for you, and keeps every conversation in one place.

Tayon is a marketing and sales platform built around one idea: the same system that attracts a customer should also talk to them and keep track of them. Instead of stitching a website builder to a chatbot to a CRM, you get all three, already connected.

Most people use it in this order.

#1. Build something for people to land on

You describe what you need in plain language and Tayon builds it. There are four kinds of things you can ask for, all from the same screen:

You want Tayon builds
A normal multi-page website A Website with its own pages, copy and images
A page that asks questions one at a time A Conversational form
Something that answers customer questions An AI Agent
A series of messages that chase a lead A Follow-up sequence

AI Builder

Everything it builds is yours to edit afterwards — nothing is locked to the generated version.

#2. Let it talk to visitors

A conversational form replaces the wall of form fields most sites use. It asks one question at a time, remembers the answers, and branches based on them. Visitors finish them far more often than they finish forms, which is the whole point.

A bot does the same thing inside a chat window — either as a widget in the corner of your own website, or as its own shareable page. Bots can also run on WhatsApp.

Both are built from the same visual canvas, the Flow Designer.

#3. Catch everyone who replies

Every answer, chat and form submission becomes a lead. Leads land in the CRM with a stage, a quality rating and an owner, and you move them along your pipeline as they progress.

CRMLeads

Conversations follow the lead. Email, SMS, WhatsApp and website chat all arrive in the same Messenger inbox, so you never have to remember which channel someone used.

#4. Keep in touch automatically

Once a lead exists, Tayon can act on its own — send a follow-up sequence, tag the lead, move it to another stage, notify a team member, book a meeting, or hand it to an AI agent that answers in your voice.

The short version:

  • AI Builder creates things.
  • Apps is where the things you created live — conversational forms, websites, calendars, images and content pages.
  • Automation is what happens on its own — flows, prompts, bots, follow-ups and Voice AI.
  • CRM is who you are talking to.
  • Messenger is what you said to them.

#What this help site covers

Each section follows the same shape: what the screen is for, what you can do on it, and the things that commonly trip people up. If you are brand new, start with Create your account and then Find your way around.
