Create a conversational form
Start from a template card, from a blank chat, or from a site you already have, and end up in the Flow Designer with a site you can edit.
You’ll need: Administrator access. Your plan sets how many active conversational forms you can have.
Every new site is built for you by the AI and then handed over — you end up in the Flow Designer with a site that is yours to edit. What changes is how much you tell it up front.
AppsConversational Forms
#Start from a template
- Open Conversational Forms and choose New Site.
- The template gallery opens. Pick the card closest to what you want — Lead Capture, Review Gate, Quiz, Booking & Selling and so on.
- Say what kind of business it is for, or choose Skip.
- Answer the two or three questions the chat asks, then generate.
A card is a starting point, not a copy. It tells the AI what you are trying to achieve; the questions, the branches and the wording are still written for your business. See Start from a template.
#Start from a blank chat
At the end of the gallery is a No template card — “Just describe what you want in the chat.” Use it when the site is specific enough that no card fits, and describe it yourself instead.
A card is the better choice when you want the structure — a welcome screen, qualifying questions, a contact-details screen, a thank-you screen — decided for you.
#What you get either way
A new site is created Unpublished. That means:
- It exists in your list and you can edit it.
- Its public address is reserved but nothing is served there yet.
- It cannot have a custom domain connected until you publish it once.
Nothing is live until you publish. See Publish and share your site.
#Duplicating one you already have
Often the fastest start is a site you already built. On the list, use Duplicate on any row. The copy arrives with its own title and its own public address, and you edit it independently.
Duplication is not instant — the list shows a Duplicating marker on the row and refreshes itself when the copy is ready. Leave the screen open while it works.
#What the AI actually writes for you
Either route hands the same job to the AI Builder: the questions, the branches, the closing screens and the follow-up actions. It lands in your list like any other site, and you edit it in the Flow Designer afterwards. See Build a conversational form with AI.
