Work with your list of sites

Read the status of every conversational form you have, copy its public link, and get to the editor, the responses or the delete button.

Conversational Forms List is the home screen for everything you have built. It is where you check whether a site is live, grab its link, and open it for editing.

#What each column tells you

Column Meaning
Title The internal name. Visitors never see it — the name on the page comes from the site’s own settings.
Steps How many steps the site has, including the ones that run behind the scenes. A quick sanity check that a site is not empty.
Address The public web address, plus the buttons to open, copy and QR-code it.
Domain/Sub-domain Whether you have pointed a domain of your own at this site.
Status Whether the site is being served.
Actions Edit, responses, duplicate, send, delete.

Every column heading except Domain/Sub-domain, Status and Actions sorts the list — the small arrows next to the heading sort up and down.

#The three statuses

Badge What it means
Unpublished Built but never published. Nothing is served at its address yet. This badge is not a button — the only way out of it is to publish from the designer.
Active Live. The address works and answers are being recorded.
Inactive Published once, then switched off. The address stops serving the site.

Active and Inactive are clickable: selecting the badge flips the site between the two. That is the switch to reach for when you want a site off the air for a while without deleting it.

#The address buttons

Three small buttons sit next to each address:

  • Generate QR Code — turns the address into a QR code you can put on print, packaging or a stand.
  • Show page — opens the live site in a new tab. Use this to check a change after publishing.
  • Copy URL — copies the full address to your clipboard.

If you have connected a domain of your own, all three use that domain instead of the default address.

#The actions on a row

Action What it does
Edit Flow Opens the site in the Flow Designer.
Responses Opens every answer people have submitted.
Duplicate Makes an independent copy in your own account.
Send Conversational Form to other user Sends a copy to another account you manage.
Erase Deletes the site.

Which of these you see depends on your permission level. A view-only member sees the list and the addresses but none of the editing actions.

#Working on several at once

The checkbox at the start of each row selects that site; the checkbox in the header selects the whole page. As soon as anything is selected, a row of bulk buttons appears above the table:

  • Send conversational forms to other user
  • Change status
  • Delete conversational forms

The same warning applies to the bulk delete — it is permanent, and it does not ask again per site.

#While a copy is being made

Duplicating is a background job. The row shows a Duplicating marker and the screen refreshes itself every few seconds until the copy appears. The buttons on that row are disabled while it runs. Leave the tab open; navigating away does not cancel the copy, but you will not see it finish.
